Every connection made at PRINTING United Expo this year, from the conversations at our Annual Membership Reception to the stories shared at our Annual Networking Luncheon, was made possible by sponsors who believe in what the Women in Print Alliance stands for. We are deeply grateful for their generosity and partnership.

Our Event Sponsors
Our Annual Membership Reception and Annual Networking Luncheon are the moments we look forward to all year: rooms full of energy, conversation, and connection. Creating those moments takes partners who truly show up for women in print, and these companies did exactly that. We are so grateful to each and every one of them:

• Apex International (Silver Sponsor)
• Avient Corporation (Silver Sponsor)
• BELLA+CANVAS (Platinum Sponsor)
• DPRINT (Silver Sponsor)
• Durst Group AG (Platinum Sponsor)
• EFI (Gold Sponsor)
• Graymills Corp (Silver Sponsor)
• Media One Digital (Silver Sponsor)
• Orbus (Diamond Sponsor)
• Phoenix Inkjet & Colour Solutions LLC (Silver Sponsor)
• Roland DGA (Silver Sponsor)
• swissQprint (Silver Sponsor)
• Sylvamo (Silver Sponsor)
• The Print Factory (Silver Sponsor)

Thank you for investing in a community where women in print can connect, learn, and grow together.

Our In-Kind Sponsors
Some of the most memorable moments at Expo came from the printed and promotional products our in-kind sponsors created for us, proof that print and promo have a unique power to bring people together. This year that included:

  • A favor with a message. Luncheon attendees received a custom Sweeter Card created especially for us by Maple Ridge Farms. The sea salt caramel dark chocolate was a treat, but it is the printed words that have lingered: “Connect. Share. Encourage. Belong.” Messages like “Today is about connection” and “You have a community here” captured exactly what we hope every woman takes away from the Alliance. Thank you to the team at Maple Ridge Farms for the thought, time, and care that turned a favor into something truly meaningful.
  • Totes that made a splash. Thanks to AS Colour and Cotton Street Apparel, our Women in Print Alliance canvas totes were seen all across the Expo floor.
  • Sunglasses you couldn’t miss. Those bright yellow aviators? Thank you to Bold Promo for helping our community stand out, quite literally.
  • A moment to recharge. And to Durst Group, thank you for the cooling eye mask and jade gua sha facial tool favors, a thoughtful gift that proved just as welcome in the days after Expo as during it.

Print Has Power
Seeing our brand carried and worn throughout the show was a joyful reminder of the visibility and connection that great printed products create. To all of our sponsors: thank you for helping us bring the Women in Print Alliance experience to life. Print has power, and you proved it.

Inspired by what these partners helped make possible? We’d love to welcome new corporate partners and sponsors as we plan for 2027. Please contact us to learn how your company can be part of the Women in Print Alliance experience.
