Women in Print Alliance is pleased to announce that professional negotiation coach Joan Moon, CEO of Moon Consulting and host of the podcast “Aspire for More: How to be an Everyday Negotiator,” will present the keynote address at the organization’s annual networking luncheon on October 23, 2025.

The event is co-located at the Orange County Convention Center to provide easy access for women attending PRINTING United Expo.

In her podcast, Moon focuses on empowering women with the essential negotiation skills to navigate both personal and professional challenges effectively.

Luncheon attendees will hear Moon’s unique approach designed specifically to help women tackle negotiations while navigating gender biases that often influence these interactions.

The keynote address will be a highlight of the popular luncheon, a ticketed event which has sold out at past Expos. Tickets may be purchased as part of PRINTING United Expo online registration and can also be added to a registration after the fact, prior to October 9, 2025.

Luncheon tickets are specially priced at $49 dollars for Women in Print Alliance members and at $85 for non-members.
