The Women in Print Alliance Annual Networking Luncheon brought together a record-breaking crowd at PRINTING United Expo 2025 in Orlando, Florida. With 300 registrants representing 12 countries, the event showcased the growing strength and reach of our global community.

Negotiation Skills Take Center Stage
This year’s keynote speaker, Joan Moon, delivered a powerful presentation on “Increasing Your Negotiation Effectiveness” that had attendees taking notes and nodding in recognition. Moon broke down the fundamentals of effective negotiation with practical strategies that can be applied immediately—whether you’re negotiating a salary, a project deadline, or a major contract.

The interactive session concluded with a challenge: attendees were asked to identify one thing—small or large—to negotiate over the following two weeks and report back on their experience. Joan invited participants to share their results with her directly on LinkedIn, creating an opportunity for continued learning and community support beyond the luncheon.

December 4th: Go Deeper with Joan Moon
Due to overwhelming responses from luncheon attendees, Joan Moon will return for an exclusive 90-minute virtual workshop on Wednesday, December 4. This extended session will build on the luncheon keynote, diving deeper into advanced negotiation techniques and offering more time for Q&A and practical application.

The virtual format means members who couldn’t attend Expo will have the opportunity to learn from Joan’s expertise. The workshop will be offered both live and on-demand to accommodate schedules across all time zones. Registration opens November 6 and is available exclusively to Women in Print Alliance members.

Community Growth Continues
The luncheon also served as a welcoming point for new members, with many women joining the Women in Print Alliance during Expo week. The organization offers three membership tiers:

  • Individual Membership ($59/year) provides access to quarterly virtual workshops, local meetups, and discounted Expo luncheon tickets
  • Corporate Membership extends these benefits to all women at a company with tiered pricing based on company size
  • Student Membership is offered free to women in graphic communications programs

Gratitude for Luncheon Sponsors
The success of this year’s luncheon was made possible through the generous support of our sponsors: Durst Group (Platinum Sponsor), Berger Textiles, Digitech, SwissQ (Gold Sponsors), and Beaver Paper, GMG Color, Koenig & Bauer, MediaOne, and PrintFactory USA (Silver Sponsors). A special thank you also goes to California Tattoos, a Women in Print Alliance corporate member, who provided the popular temporary tattoo activation at the Expo kiosk that had attendees sporting the WPA logo throughout the show.

Save the Date! The Women in Print Alliance Annual Networking Luncheon will return in September 2026 at PRINTING United Expo in Las Vegas.
