An enthusiastic crowd gathered on the trade show floor at PRINTING United Expo in Orlando on October 23 as Screen Printing magazine and Big Picture magazine joined forces to honor 12 outstanding women shaping the future of print.

Women in Print Alliance Advisory Council Member Adrienne Palmer of AP Media Group and Lisbeth Lyons Black, director of the Women in Print Alliance—a sponsor of the ceremony—gave a warm welcome to attendees who came to celebrate the achievements of the 2025 award winners. Winners in attendance gave heartfelt acceptance speeches that honored their individual career journeys, thanked their support network, and expressed joy and optimism that the future for women in these segments of the printing industry is bright.

The joint ceremony recognized leaders from both the screen printing and wide-format digital printing sectors who have demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, creative innovation, and community leadership. All honorees were nominated by third parties—including colleagues, employees, vendors, and industry observers—who recognized their progressive contributions to their companies and the broader print community.
