Women in Print Alliance is excited to present a sneak peek (technically, a “sneak listen”) of keynote presenter Joan Moon, who will speak in person at our annual networking lunch on October 23, in conjunction with PRINTING United Alliance.

Joan, owner of Moon Negotiation and the head of negotiation coaching at the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Collaboratory at the Harvard Kennedy School, will deliver a presentation on how women in print can improve negotiation skills to help advance their career goals.

To help our audience become more familiar with Joan before PRINTING United Expo, we encourage you to tune in to this recent episode of NPR’s “Life Kit” podcast, where Joan expounds upon how negotiation skills aren’t just for the workplace. Instead, she provides four daily life scenarios completely unrelated to work, along with basic principles to achieve outcomes you desire.

Upskilling your negotiation strategies can “improve your satisfaction with your situation and give you a sense that you are making intentional choices,” says Joan.

We can’t wait for you to meet Joan in person! If you’re planning to attend PRINTING United Expo in Orlando, Florida, there’s still time to purchase a ticket to our annual luncheon. Your ticket includes a seated, three-course meal and an interactive keynote presentation.

You may purchase your luncheon ticket while registering for Expo.

If you’ve already registered for Expo, but wish to add on a luncheon ticket, please contact us to request a ticket purchase invoice.
