We’re focused on mentoring, networking, celebrating successes, and creating an industry culture in which women can grow, learn, thrive and shine. We’ve come up through the ranks – from manufacturing floors, from entry-level sales positions, from junior designer roles, and more – and we’re here to share our stories to help smooth the path for other women to follow. We’re passionate about recruiting smart, capable women to the printing industry and committed to increasing the presence of women in the C-suite. Women in this category generally have 10+ years experience in the print and print-adjacent industries.

We are Educators.
We’ve learned lessons about the world of print from a variety of environments: college, career and technical training, on-the-job skills, and the ultimate teacher: life. We’re passionate about promoting print as a field of study and a career choice for women, and to ensuring that women have access to continued educational and professional development opportunities in the workplace. Women in this category generally are instructors, career trainers, or published authors in the print and print-adjacent industries.

We are Innovators.
We think brainstorming is fun and take the term “disrupter” as a compliment. By design and by necessity, we’ve researched challenges, developed solutions, and created new pathways to help our companies and industry succeed. We’re passionate about sparking new ideas and collaborating with other women in print to encourage creativity and continuous improvement. Women in this category generally work or have worked in positions responsible for innovation, creativity, and growth in the print and print-adjacent industries.

We are Rising Stars.
We’re embarking on our careers in print and are eager to move full steam ahead. We’re told we have promise in this field and we are committed to seizing opportunities to learn from industry leaders. We’re passionate about personal and professional development, and excited to contribute fresh, modern thinking to benefit our companies, peers, and industry. Women in this category generally have fewer than 10 years experience in the print and print-adjacent industries.
