Celebrating leaders, educators, innovators, and rising stars in the graphic communications industry is a core element of elevating women in print. With that said, Women in Print Alliance would like to congratulate the 2025 Women in Signs award winners who were recognized at the recent International Sign Association trade show.

The honors went to:

  • Sarah Flax, director of supply chain, Cima Network Inc. (Chalfont, PA)
  • Mallory Lynn, marketing manager, Signarama Brighton (Brighton, CO)
  • Torey Rouillon, director of project management, National Branding (Troy, MI)
  • Lauren Terwilliger, owner, Pocono Sign Co. (Lakeville, PA); and
  • Ashley Baumeister, production/installation manager, FASTSIGNS Clearwater/Largo (Clearwater, FL)

Hosted by the International Sign Association and SAi, the awards program is in its fifth year. Its purpose is to honor women who have excelled in the areas of: ownership/management, fabrication, installation, design, and sales/marketing.

In an amazing sign (pardon the pun) that the women in print community is growing, the awards program drew over 300 nominations for 140 individuals. An all-female panel of industry veterans served as judges to narrow down the pool to the outstanding five winners listed above.

Congrats to all of the winners!
