School’s (almost) out – and rock-star women in print students are seeking summer internships and full-time employment now. Join Women in Print Alliance members as we explore how printing companies of all sizes can effectively leverage on-campus recruitment to build a strong next-gen workforce. Women in Print Alliance director Lisbeth Lyons Black will lead this workshop focused on helping attendees to:

• Identify the variety of on-campus employer outreach opportunities available and quantify the cost-benefits of participating in each one.
• Hear best practices (and mistakes to avoid) from companies that use on-campus recruitment as part of their talent acquisition strategies.
• Learn the data-driven reasons why internships and leadership development programs are crucial to helping women climb the crucial first rung of the career ladder.
• Gain tools to devise an actionable on-campus recruitment plan tailored to your company’s size and workforce needs.
