Meet Nicole Katz, an Educator in the women in print community and current VP of E-commerce at Hemlock. Tune in to the Impressions Xchange podcast hosted by Women in Print Alliance professional advisor, Denise Gustavson, to hear her story.

Nicole took over her family’s business in 2009 driven by her passion for the craft. Throughout her journey she’s been elated to discover that people love print and a newfound resurgence for the medium. She discusses some of the challenges she’s faced since entering a male-dominated, manufacturing printing industry and how she’s embraced being a female leader. She also offers advice on how to attract young talent by following her father’s motto, “hire for personality, train for skill.”
