Adapted from Kristi’s popular keynote address, this session is designed for leaders navigating growth, acquisition, and organizational change who are accountable for results but don’t always control the conditions.

Rather than focusing on theory, the workshop translates lived leadership experience into practical decision-making tools participants can apply immediately.

In this 75-minute workshop, you will learn how to:

• Identify where hesitation, over-analysis, or waiting for alignment may be slowing decisions — and how to move forward without full certainty
• Apply the core principles of SPARK Method™ to real leadership situations such as role ambiguity, shifting priorities, and team resistance
• Define one specific leadership action you can take to lead change more effectively within their current scope of influence

Participants will engage through structured reflection, facilitated chat prompts, and optional Q&A or live coaching, creating space for practical insight and peer connection.
