Women in Print Alliance is excited to head to PRINTING United Expo, the most dynamic and comprehensive printing event in the world, this September – and we hope you will meet us there! The 2024 PRINTING United Expo will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center on September 10 – September 12. Registration for the trade show is open NOW.

As part of our community-building mission, Women in Print Alliance will offer formal and informal networking opportunities, as well as a personal/professional development session, for women attendees  throughout the entire week of Expo. Whether you are a first-time attendee or have experienced Expo for multiple years, Women in Print Alliance events offer rewarding learning and connection opportunities.

1. Official Hotel Block – Fontainebleau Las Vegas

Once again, we’re pleased to offer a dedicated hotel for women attendees of PRINTING United Expo. This year, Fontainebleau Las Vegas is the official Women in Print Alliance hotel block. Boasting luxury hotel rooms and suites, a 150,000 foot casino, an array of dining options, vibrant nightlight and entertainment, and an outdoor oasis with seven pools – plus a spa, fitness and wellness center, Fontainebleau Las Vegas is the perfect community hub for Women in Print Alliance. 2. Networking Lunch with Keynote Speaker: September 11th (12:00PM – 2:00PM) 

Our signature in-person event of the year – the annual Women in Print Alliance Networking Lunch in conjunction with PRINTING United Expo – is scheduled for Wednesday, September 11 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Located just steps off the trade show floor, this event offers women the opportunity to take a respite from the fast-paced Expo to network and enjoy a plated, three-course meal. At lunch, an award-winning keynote speaker will take the stage to provide thoughtful expertise aimed at expanding your personal and professional development. Tickets are $75 and include lunch plus keynote speaker experience.

3. Multiple Meet-Ups: Connect Outside of the Trade Show

Looking to meet up with fellow women Expo attendees before or after the official trade show hours? We’re here to make those connections happen! Women in Print Alliance has organized a variety of fun networking opportunities throughout the Expo, all of which are located at our host hotel, Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Events include: a pre-Expo cocktails and conversation event at Collins on Monday, morning coffee meet ups to both caffeinate and find a peer group to ride along with on the Expo shuttle each day of the trade show, Women in Print Alliance dine-around options on Wednesday, where you will be randomly matched with parties of six at pre-selected restaurants to make new women in print connections, and, finally, a Bubbly at Bleau Bar gathering on Thursday to toast to another successful Expo and your new expanded network.

4. Late Night Options: Expo “After Dark”

Finally, if you’re a night owl (and who isn’t in Las Vegas?), be sure to check out the After Dark package offered by PRINTING United Expo. This late-night entertainment option provides access to Expo-designated nightclubs and other perks. While After Dark activities are not Women in Print Alliance-sponsored events, any of the meet ups listed above can serve as safe, convenient gathering spots to join with other women in print heading out for late-night fun.
