Joan Moon is the founder of Moon Negotiation, LLC and currently a Negotiation & Conflict Resolution Collaboratory Fellow at Harvard where she founded and continues to lead the Negotiation Coaching Clinic. Previously Joan served as a Fellow at the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard where she was the founding coach for the Career Negotiation Coaching Program and researched the effects of negotiation coaching on negotiation outcomes.
