Meet Rebecca Considine, an Innovator in the women in print community. Rebecca serves as partner, VP, at Speed Pro Chicago Loop, an award-winning print franchise on Chicago’s South Side. In this Impressions Exchange podcast, she talks with Impressions Exchange Editor Denise Gustavson about her company’s innovative approach to utilizing technology as a means to compete successfully as a small shop, why she took the initiative to visit the top 10 Speed Pro franchises (on her own dime), and her enthusiasm for the flexibility and innovation opportunities that owning a small business and franchise provides. Rebecca also lets us in on her long-term aspiration of launching an innovative program to attract a future workforce to Chicagoland’s printing industry, and explains why she can’t wait to see Gen Z women break gender stereotypes in their careers. Thank you, Rebecca, for sharing your innovation and inspiration with the Women in Print Alliance community!
